How Can You Get Copies Of The Questionnaire?
We will be delivering one paper copy of the questionnaire to every address in the Parish on or around 26th November 2016. You can also:
- Complete the questionnaire on-line by clicking here, or
- Download a copy from here, or
- Request additional paper copies by emailing: allansmortimer@aol.com
If you are able to complete the questionnaire on-line, we would prefer that you do so as this will make processing of the results easier and quicker.
Who Should Complete The Questionnaire?
We are interested in hearing the opinions of anyone who has a stake in the future of the Parish. This includes: parish residents, people employed in the Parish who live elsewhere, people who use and support the facilities in the Parish, clubs and societies, businesses and landowners.
How Do You Return Your Completed Questionnaires?
If you complete a paper copy, you should return it to one of the following locations:
- The Hub, Hutton Rudby
- The SPAR, Hutton Rudby
- 32 Leven Cottage, Middleton On Leven
The closing date for returning completed questionnaires is Monday 19th December 2016.
What Happens Next?
All completed questionnaires will be forwarded to Hambleton District Council who will collate the results from both the online and paper versions for us. We anticipate that the consolidated results will be available by mid January. We will then carry out a preliminary analysis and assessment of the data, and publish a summary of the results in anonymised form shortly afterwards.

How Does The Questionnaire Relate To Hambleton’s Local Plan Consultation?
Our questionnaire and Hambleton’s Local Plan consultation are entirely separate consultations with different purposes. Please contribute to both.
Our questionnaire deals with issues specific to our Parish and information needed to progress through the Neighbourhood Plan process in an orderly way.
The Local Plan consultation deals with issues and policies impacting on the whole District. Obviously as our Parish is part of the District these form part of the context for our Neighbourhood Plan.
